Organization/Sponsor: HGSE Arts in Education, Gutman Library Every
spring, students in the Arts in Education program at the Harvard
Graduate School of Education, including visual artists, museum
educators, nonprofit arts advocates, performing arts educators,
classroom teachers, writers, and others, organize a group exhibit to
showcase work they have created on their own and with their students.
Putting into practice the well-substantiated theory that the arts not
only have intrinsic value, but also play multiple and diverse roles in
education and society, this year's exhibit features photographs,
collages, film stills, drawings, ceramic pieces, and other pieces.
Opening reception: Thursday, April 4, 7-8 p.m.
