https://hrdctheater.org/the-diary-of-anne-frank Adapted from "Anne
Frank: The Diary of a Young Girl," "The Diary of Anne Frank" is based
on the true story of a young Jewish girl who kept a diary of her time
hiding from the Nazis in an attic of her father's office during World
War II. In her secret attic, Anne laughs, plays, fights with her
mother, and falls in love for the first time. In spite of her
oppressive circumstances, Anne's spirit transcends. Anne's dynamism,
luminous spirit, and story of resilience continue to resonate, making
her story as vital today as when her diary first was published. This
Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award winning play closes out the HRDC Loeb
Ex's season.
