Ranitidine recall impacts Dr Reddy's P&L by Rs 40-crore

Dr Reddy's Laboratories which initiated a voluntary recall of its
Ranitidine at the retail level for over-the-counter products and at
the consumer level sold in the US due to confirmed contamination with
N-Nitrosodimethylamine established by FDA following the ongoing
investigation which reported carcinogenic impurity in the drug at low
levels.
