Novartis announces gender-neutral insurance benefit plan for its employees

The coverage is also extended to children adopted through a legal
process by employees, including single and same-sex LGBTI employees,
the company said in a statement. The plan will be applicable with
effect from January 1, 2020. The move, according to the company,
"reaffirms its commitment towards Diversity and Inclusion"
