Wintersession 2021 with the Food Literacy Project! Over the course of
four demonstration-based classes on Jan 12, 14, 19 & 21st (3-4pm ET),
we'll talk about how to stock a pantry, essential cooking equipment,
cooking on a budget, knife skills and foundational baking skills.
You'll also receive recipes for all of the demos to either cook along
with the instructor, or to add to your personal recipe collection.
